Where I've Built
What I bring to the table.
Relentless execution on hard problems. Building durable organizations, systems, and processes that outlast the people who built them.
🔀
Business Transformation
Finding the high-ROI root problems across a business — people, process, technology, culture — and aggressively fixing them so companies can scale to the next level.
🚀
Go-to-Market Strategy
Translating company and product strategy into real commercial results. Monetization models, GTM tech stack, revenue operations, and financial architecture.
🤖
AI & Automation
Business context deep enough to integrate AI that actually moves the needle — and the technical agility to keep up with new tools, technologies, and capabilities.
🏗️
Entrepreneurship
Zero-to-one company building and an understanding of startup speed, bootstrapping, and the owner mindset. Founder and active venture investor.
🤝
Organizational Leadership
Building teams from the ground up and aligning organizations around what matters — OKR planning, accountability frameworks, and the cross-functional alignment to make it stick.
⚙️
Process Engineering
Aggressive, durable simplification of complexity. Breaking down tangled workflows into real efficiency that sticks long after the project closes.

Convictions
Beauty maximalist — we should build beautiful, walkable cities connected by fast trains and powered by sustainable energy. Conserve and enjoy the wild. Protect public lands.
"There is a story about stonecutters during the Middle Ages. Someone asks three stonecutters what they are doing. The first says, 'I'm breaking rocks.' The second says, 'I am earning my living.' The third says, 'I'm building a cathedral.' The third one gets the job."
— German parable
Why this matters to me ↓ Every project has rock-breakers, paycheck-collectors, and cathedral-builders. I've spent my career trying to be (or hire / coach) the third person. Whether it's redesigning a process, launching a new tool, or preparing a company for IPO — the work only matters if you can see the bigger thing you're building. That's what transformation actually means: not just fixing problems, but building something worth building.
Let's Connect
Building something? Let's talk.
Whether it's AI strategy, startups, real estate, international relations, or your favorite Latin/German word combos in English — I'm always open to a conversation.
