I operate across every dimension of a business — GTM strategy, revenue architecture, technology systems, partner ecosystems, delivery and support operations, and process design. From 3-person startups to 10,000-person enterprises. If it's broken or doesn't exist yet, I build it.
Currently I'm leading the Business Transformation team at DigiCert. Before that, I co-founded an outdoor CPG brand, ran BizOps for an AI health startup, and executed the operational maturity playbook through IPO at Ping Identity. Denver-based. Executive MBA from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Always building.
